My complaint:

I have 2 bookings on Ryanair that were cancelled by the airline due to Covid-19. However, till now I have not received the refund even though all other airlines have already refunded the cancelled flights for other sectors.
The flight bookings through Ryanair are V82RNG and E83FKD for travel on May 11, 2020 from London to Lisbon.
Could you assist to escalate this matter?
