My complaint:

Flight cancelled in March for an early April flight. I filled in the form they sent me, selecting cash refund not a voucher. On April 24th, I received an offer of a voucher instead of cash. I have written to Ryanair via multiole sources and nmo response. Please help me get my money back. Booking ref JB4QFK
