RyanAir complaint: No refund after cancelled flight

My complaint:

I have claimed and filed for a refund after a cancelled return flight , outbound on the 29th March 2020. Its acknowledged by them that I have asked for a refund but keep receiving emails wanting me to have a voucher instead which we do not want as we have already booked and paid for a number of Ryanair flights throughout this year, and cannot see them taking off either. On the latest email it stars that we will be refunded AFTER the voucher would expire which is 12 months. This is totally unacceptable, totally immoral and illegal under EU legislation . I demand an immediate full refund for booking ref ZZFMHB.
