RyanAir complaint: Still waiting on refund due to COVID-19 cancellation of reservation

My complaint:

I have contacted RyanAir several times via their website and telephone number regarding a refund of my reservation O455GP due to COVID-19 cancellation of my reservation with no success. I still have not received a refund, even though I did receive an email ation that my refund request was approved by RyanAir on April 27, 2020.

Suggested solution:

RyanAir should immediately refund the full amount of my reservation O455GP back into the credit card account that I used to purchase the tickets, and follow up with a ation email to me that this has occurred.
