My complaint:
I booked for my daughter but mistakenly added priority and bag on board. I only wanted a 10kg checked in bag… After contacting customer services within half hour of my booking mistake they said they couldnt change it … I was willing to pay the difference at that time which would have been 10.00 pounds but they were unhelful and said their policy doesnt allow that… I have 8 flights which i accepted as vouchers that i made and accepted that which maskes a mockerty that they cou7ldnt just amend this one new booking
Suggested solution:
Just change it to 10kg checked in bags instyaed.. i already paid for seats
