My complaint:

hi i was to fly out the 9th may 2020 with ryanair but my flight was cancelled due to covid i booked it as a package holiday using love holidays ive recieved a refund of them for my booking but was told i have to contact you for a full refund you owe me £305.52 i filled in a refund application form on the 28th april2020 for some reason you put £26 pound in my bank on the 03092020 what this was for i do not know i have emailed you a couple of times but recieved no responce i am atol protected and entaitled to a full refund
