My complaint:
On 16 August 2022 I was flying from Stansted Airport to Modlin Warsaw at 08.55. Flight was supposed to depart from gate G 47. At gate 47 was displayed Milan flight instead to Modlin Warsaw. People were confused, no one will help or give correct information about this flight.One airport workers ,who was behind desk – male , with dark skin wearing yellow vest was giving wrong information about this flight .People with wrong tickets were try to go thru this gate. At one time he was mumbling like he was under influence of alkohol or other drugs ,,what a fuck..ng stupid people I hope someone will blow this place (!) I try to ask him his name but he refused to tell me his name. Other female who work there she refuse to give me her name or name of other Rayanair agent. Their ID badges were not worn concealed so no one know their nemes . I try to take picture of this person to report him to authorities but he threat me with physical violence and I have to remove photos from my phone. I reported this incident to some ground crew ( again do not know her name, no ID , no service numbers. no badges) this is very unacceptable by Rayanair workers. ramp agent to articulate threats like this inside airport
Suggested solution:
Proper ID badges worn by all airport staff. Random drugs alcohol checks before shift starts teach employees about courtesy and treat every customers with respect
