My complaint:
In ryan air terms and conditions,is said that due to death or severe health issues, refund can be done. Well i had an acciddent and a surgery that will make me walk in 4 months. I asked them to refund and reject my application.when i asked them which are the severe health issues they mentioned in the TnC,they replied that they cannot provide me that info. If not being able to walk for 4 months is not a severe case , then what is it?
