My complaint:
I booked 2 seats with Ryan Air: 1 in my surname and 1 in my husband’s surname, which is different from mine. Ryan Air Booked the seats both with his surname then made me pay 118 euros to change their mistake to my surname. I have contacted them to no avail. I feel very ripped off And will never fly with them again. The previous year we flew with them and had no issues. When a business makes a mistake they owe it to the customer to rectify that mistake at their expense, not the customer’s!
Suggested solution:
They should pay me back the money they forced me to pay!
