My complaint:
We have a flight booked for Friday to Berlin (outbound)
We are unable to travel to Manchester as your are now tier 2 so is illegal for our group of 9 to come to your airport.
Our return flight from Manchester (easy jet) has cancelled for the same reason
I have spoken to your customer service 3 times to no avail
At time of booking said flexibe booking and could move your flights if more than 7 days which Ive tried on numerous occasions to be told you want a fee on top of the differance
I will go to the financial ombumdson if this is not resolves. And i have posted this to complain.biz

They either refund, full voucher or let us re book flight with out the addiotional fee..
