RyanAir complaint: Ive been robbed of 55 euros

My complaint:

checked in twice but could not print a boarding pass,the site would not allow it,the first checkin was after an hour and a half on the phone with anagent,his name mohammed who assured me I was checked in
I did this because the website would not allow me to enter a valid date of birth when I tried
then I went online to find that I was not checked in at all and now it wouldn’t allow me to print a pass it just would not work
at the airport I was charged 55 e’s for no boarding pass and was told that I had not checked in
this was all due to the ryanair websiteIT system being not fit for purpose

Suggested solution:

refund my 55euros!
