My complaint:

I bought 4 return tickets for Trieste – Bari (24-28 October) on 3 October. We’re not able to fly today because due to the epidemic which was declared on 18 October in Slovenia we are not allowed to cross the border. The fine is 400-4000€. I tried to change the flight dates several times, but it was not possible due to a VAT difference. I sent two emails and haven’t had a reply yet. I also contacted live chat on the Ryanair website. They tried to convince me I should have changed the dates 7 days ahead of the flight, but 7 days ahead of our flight the situation in Slovenia was normal, so I thought we would be able to go abroad. Besides, it says on their website you can change the flight up to 2.5 hours before the flights and that all the flights booked on 10 June or later for travel in October and November can be changed free of charge.
What should I do?
