My complaint:
It is impossible to get through to your customer services to undo check-in for booking V34UXY STN-VLC 5th August FR 8323 in my name; Andrew Wealls. I need to change the booking but can’t until you un-check me in. But I can’t get through to do this. So I will lose the money on the flight.
Suggested solution:
Please can you either issue me with a voucher for the flight value or un-check me in urgently.
