My complaint:

Due to the FCO’s advice not to travel 14 day quarantine on return to UK from Spain and Ryanai’rs No cancellation policy. I was forced to move my family’s flight to next year (2020) rather than loose 1,300 pounds for a flight booked in November 2019 (pre Covid).

The company charged over 400 pounds for the change. This is discrimination as the Company is advertising Free flight change for those who booked during covid.

Suggested solution:

Ryanair should be fair to ALL passengers and in particular to those who booked before covid existed.

It is discrimination to treat passengers.

They should not be charging passengers to move a flight because,

They refuse to allow cancellation even though FCO advise only to travel if necessary and a holiday does not come under that category, also some people cannot isoate for 14 days and their insurance is invalid in lots of cases if they choose to fly.

I will be contacting the CAA and have put the information to complain.biz
