My complaint:
I have been trying to change my flights for a week now. I cannot get through to their customer service as they make you wait for at least 20-30 minutes then the line is cut and you have to go through that allover again. I was planning to go to Edinburgh via London to see the Fringe Festival and as its known its cancelled. I waited to change my flights because it was mentioned that Ryanair was going to give out travel vouchers. My flight is tomorrow and I am unable to fly, and when I tried to change my flights to another destination they requested 90 euros extra knowing that my original ticket to London is way more expensive than the one I am choosing now. So I will be loosing money on the ticket and paying money to change and right now they hung up on me again.
Suggested solution:
they need to contact me to try and resolve this issue. I would like to change my ticket without having to pay the fee of 90 euros because my original ticket costs much more
