My complaint:

I am submitting this complaint regarding the reimbursement of a non-refundable bus ticket that I was unable to use due to the cancellation of flight FR6473 from Tel Aviv to Berlin on 24 May 2025 (Booking reference: HT93VT).

I had a bus ticket booked in advance from Berlin to Bochum, which became unusable because of the flight cancellation. I contacted Ryanair customer support via live chat and explained the situation to an agent, who ed my identity and acknowledged the request. However, I was informed that I must use this complaint form, as the official reimbursement page would not open in any browser.

Unfortunately, I am no longer able to access the transcript of that specific chat, as it appears to have been removed or is otherwise unavailable. For this reason, I cannot provide a screenshot of the conversation.

The PDF of the unused bus ticket is available and can be sent upon request.

I kindly request that Ryanair consider making an exception and refund this expense to the card ending in 4757.

Suggested solution:

I am asking Ryanair to refund the cost of the unused bus ticket to the card ending in 4757, as the expense was caused by the cancelled flight.
