My complaint:

Not sure if this is the right area but my suitcase had broke so we were told to ‘go over there’ and transfer all the luggage from the broken one into my partners case (no support or advice was given other than doing that which we struggled with- I’m not complaining about that as the lady was polite about it) however as we were doing this a young lady came over and very rudely told us to move no manners or anything because there was a line (max 4 people who could have walked around us) whilst we had stuff all over the floor trying to fit into another bag. She didn’t give us a second to get our stuff together just kept telling us to move. We moved over and my partner went to bin the broken suitcase and I couldn’t move the now filled one by myself and I find flying stressful anyway and I got extremely overwhelmed and started having a panic attack and the younger lady saw this happen and just glared over at me (she had no people to check in) I understand she isn’t there to support me but I expect staff to have and use basic manners especially as they are dealing with people every single day. She could also see me trying to move the bag with my feet and I wasn’t offered help either. I’m not sure of her name other than this happened around 16:30 at Lanzarote Airport (24/8/24) there was an older lady working the Ryanair desk, a man and then the younger lady. This has also put immense stress on my partner who is struggling with his mental health, it was no way to end our holiday that we worked so hard for – and has certainly not helped my nerves towards flying. I apologise if this is the wrong area for a complaint or not a suitable complaint but I didn’t want to not say anything and I wouldn’t want anyone else to get spoken to like that by Ryanair staff. Thank you

Suggested solution:

We want an apology for how we were treated at Lanzarote airport and if the staff member can be narrowed down I think she should be spoken to about how to treat people in an already stressful situation.
