My complaint:
I’m a mom traveling with two young children (infant and toddler), my spouse, and my mother in law. We purchased tickets for a flight to Ireland, we had a family emergency. I tried to check in and wasn’t able to and gave up. Apparently there is no record of this and because I didn’t call, we were charged 1056 PLN at the airport. I tried to explain to the attendant but it was out of his hands. I’m furious as the system nickles
and dimes you and you end up being charged an exorbitant fee for not checking in online. This is not okay and I don’t know any other airline that does this. I requested a refund and was told no, which is unacceptable. I purchased tickets, obviously I’m going and why does it matter where and how I check in?? I would like a refund for this.
Suggested solution:
Refund our 1056 PLN.
