My complaint:

we are due to fly from Dublin to Paphos on the 24th, our event has been cancelled in Dublin due to Covid. Our flight from London to Dublin has been refunded by airlingus because of the circumstances. We contacted Ryanair to warn that we will not be able to fly. Answer: Ryanair is a no refundable company! We asked for at least a voucher. Answer no because they have not cancelled the flight. Tried to change the date, the admin charge £45 is more expensive that a normal flight and isn’t covered by the £120 paid for the initial flight which is absurd and translate into a point blank refusal

Suggested solution:

At least offer a free change of date and departure point, minimum or a refund.
