My complaint:
5 of us were due to fly to Lisbon on March 16th. Booking number ZY5UVQ. I changed the booking to October and the website said there was an issue with payment details but we could not get back in to change anything and couldn’t get through. We did send an e-mail but got no response. However on their app it says upcoming flight Lisbon October. Ryanair have told us there are no flights booked for us for October contrary to what the app states. I have attached a screenshot of the all below they are saying that as far as they are concerned we took the flight in March. When I submitted a written complaint I got a reply in Spanish stating when translated cased closed

we woukd be happy with a voucher to re book for October
