My complaint:

I was scheduled to fly on 1182021 @6:40am I became suddenly very sick and could not make the flight. I contacted Ryanair and was told that their flights are non refundable. They have a form that gives you the ability to request a refund if you are seriously ill which I was. They are not honoring what they say and obviously need money as they are not willing to refund me.
