My complaint:
the worker made me pay at the Gate 3 suitcases for spite I have three witnesses who assisted I own 3 receipts he got angry only because to his question why do you have two suitcases?I answered because I paid and I smiled he took it as a personal challenge and forced me to pay the extra suitcase now I have as proof 3 paid receipts and 2 suitcases on board and 3 witnesses
it was really rude and not professional after he told me about me l I took it personally I charge you so next time you don’t answer
I took it personally because I have money to spend on lawyers and if you do not take action against the worker I go legal way against your companyI do it because I want no passenger in the future to be treated in this rude manner he didn’t give me the name but just this number 024408
