My complaint:

Book a flight to Barcelone from Manchester for may 9 to 16 with return.
Was sent a email april 27, 2020 due to covid flight cancelled. request refund. Have nor received.
Got another email may 20, 2020 from ryanair for flight and refund offer. Again reguested refund. nothing to date.
How long does it take a good compnay to refund? 10 day maybe
How does it take a bad company? ask ryanair.
