My complaint:
Dears,
I have received an email information from Ryanair that my flight from Bruxelles (Charleroi) – Pogdorica was cancelled, on March 20, 2020. On the email, the company was providing to me an option of refund which I have claimed. However, few weeks later, I saw that I wasn’t reimbursement for my claim yet, and therefore I have proceed with the direct claim to airline company. At the first moment, they ed to me that they will proceed to refund me but later on they refused it after contacting you directly from my side. However, until now, they haven’t refund me and my family ticket fly.
Kindly asking you to check your people irregularity and unprofessionalism from your side.
