My complaint:
Flights were cancelled due to the pandemic. RyanAir has me fill out a refund request form, and then ed I would receive a refund within 20 days. Then they issued an email stating that they were not issuing refunds that I could get a voucher instead. I live in the States, I am not traveling to Europe anytime soon. I cannot get anyone on the phone and they have not responded to numerous emails I sent to customer care.
Suggested solution:
Issue a refund to my original form of payment like they are supposed to
