My complaint:
Following a cancelled flight and 3 days stuck in Germany waiting for a rescheduled flight we want to get a refund from Ryan Air for our hotel and meals fees.
We have attempted to fill in the EU261 Ryan air form but it will not allow us to complete it as it does not accept our IBAN or Swift BIC numbers.
How can we get our complaint seen by anyone at Ryan Air??
Will Ryan Air be fixing this obvious glitch in their system?
Suggested solution:
Ryan Air should refund us for being stuck in Germany for 3 days following our cancelled flight - between two passengers £1581.44
