My complaint:
I booked a flight for me and my husband. His surname is different from mine. Ryan Air did the booking with my surname the same as my husband’s. I was forced to pay 118 euros to get my surname corrected. This was so unfair. I have contacted Ryan Air but they will not admit it was their mistake. I hope Complain.biz can help me get my money back. I have proof in the form of several photos showing my correct surname on other flight bookings including a previous Ryan Air flight.
Suggested solution:
The should pay me the 118 euros.
