My complaint:
I had booked a flight from Ibiza to Barcelona on 30 October 2019 booking ref number: BC7KPB. The company charged 112 Euro for check-in penalty at airport. I am seeking refund of this amount from airline as I tried to check-in before but website was not working. Please process my refund claim.
Let me know what documents are required from my side to process the refund.
