My complaint:
Still waiting on refund since 19th march 2020 for cancelled flight and espenses in which u said I’m not entitled to for flights home because yous said I didnt contact u first that been said I tried endlessly without sucess for 2 days due to high volumes so had to book and pay my own flights out of country only email I got was saying flights were cancelled and if care wasnt offered keep all espenses receipts in which I did my card number in which booking has no changed tried emailing numerous times and still no reply
Suggested solution:
I will complain to flightrights and aviation and let them deal with it it
