My complaint:
Our flights from Birmingham to Dublin were cancelled by Ryanair 3 weeks ago.We filled out a refund form as advised online by Ryanair.Last week we were sent a voucher to use instead.We have spent many hours phoning and online to try to speak to an agent.We do not want a voucher as we will not be travelling for the foreseeable future due to covid as we are medically vulnerable.
Suggested solution:
We want a full refund which was promised in our email from Ryanair to be done within 10 working days.This has not happenned and we cannot get through to any customer service.
