RyanAir complaint: Their mistake, but I must pay

My complaint:

I booked a flight for my husband and myself with Ryan Air. We had flown with them before. Unfortunately they misread my booking and booked me with my husband’s surname ( Hankin). Mine is different from his ( Page). When I realised their error I was forced to pay 118 euros to get a booking in my correct name. I want my 118 euros refunded as it was their mistake. I have several photos of other airline bookings and 1 of Ryan Air’s also, plus my passport, proving my surname is Page. I want my 118 euros back!

Suggested solution:

Refund my 118 euros.
