My complaint:

8 Weeks ago Ryanair cancelled my flights and offered a choice of a voucher or money back within 7 days (there words on the cancellation email)
I completed there request to complete the form sent to me requesting the cash refund, supplied Opodo reference number, and copies of utility bill, passports bank statement (why they want these was a mystery)
Two weeks later I received exactly the same email, requesting the same form to be completed, and copies of the same ation of who I am and addressbank details. 2nd form sent back to them accordingly

In all 7 emails to the customer services have been sent. Not one reply received ( yes I have checked my junk mail)

As the 8 weeks have passed and still nothing from Ryanair I am going through whatever channels I can to detail my complaint that Ryanair is not refunding my hard earned cash as offered, they ignore any attempts to contact, including following up in there complaints procedure

Suggested solution:

If you offer (in your emails) a choice of voucher or refund then simply honour that contract
If you have to adhere to a regulation the reimburse flights you've cancelled then honour that regulation
If you receive a complaint then answer that complaint
If email correspondence instigated by yourselves is received then be man enough to reply back
