RyanAir complaint: Awaiting 2 flight refunds

My complaint:

We are still awaiting refund for flights booked April 2020 and November 2020. We received no update on April flights and November flights we received an email last week stating these flights were booked through a 3rd party and to click for cheque refund as ineligible for cash refund. This is incorrect as all bookings are via Ryanair website.
