My complaint:
We recently missed our flight to Edinburgh because at the airplane door we didn’t provide the day 2 Covid Test. The information was not cleared at the company website. And without these measures we could not fly, but no one helped us to finding a solution. We went at the airport Ryanair customer service and they said to buy another ticket because they didn’t have any flight available until Tuesday 8th June ( date when Portugal moved to amber list).
Due the situation we missed everything and we bought another ticket from other company.
Our reservation number was WE4T4H. Lisbon to Edinburgh on June 5th.
I would like a refund of our flight ( me and my daughter) and I really appreciate your feedback.
