My complaint:

I recently had to change a flight for me and my fiancé flying into spain. It clearly stated on the Ryanair website that there would be no change fee – When I rescheduled the flight I was charged AGAIN for the one check in bag.

This is NOT stated clearly on the website and I don’t think its fair that we have to pay twice for a check in bag when you clearly state NO CHANGE FEES. My Reservation number is VEUBRH and we are flying from Manchester to Alicante on June 2nd. Flight is FR4007 at 6:30 am from Manchester.

I would appreciate feedback and a refund on the second charge for the luggage on this. Thank you in advance David Askwith

Suggested solution:

return the xtra charge

It happened to me to. I tried to change flughts today and it charged me £80 for luggage for our fanily of 4. But we already paid for it on our original flight booking!
Also the price difference for the fare is around 80£ Outbound flight is cheaper then original one , so i understand i will not get a difference for that but our inboubd flight is 20£ more for each of us which makes £80 but according to Ryanair is 125. I don’t get it!
