My complaint:
I MADE 2 BOOKINGS FOR SAME FLIGHTS 1 FOR 4 PERSONS AND 1 FOR 2 PERSONS FLIGHTS HOME WAS CANCELLED I WAS ABLE TO APPLY FOR FULL REFUND FOR BOTH BOOKINGS THEY REFUNDED 1 BOOKING BUT PUT OTHER ON FLIGHT 4 HOURS EARLIER AND REFUSE TO REFUND THEIR WEBSITE STATES THAT IF FLIGHT IS CANCELLED U HAVE 2 OPTIONS REFUND OR CHANGE FLIGHTS FOR FREE I WAS NOT OFFERED THIS
