My complaint:
I received an e mail from Ryanair informing me that they had cancelled our flight due to Covid 19. I was given two options, a credit voucher or a refund, I clicked the refund option and have heard nothing since. When I try to complain on their website the reference no I was given isnt recognised so I go round and round in circles getting nowhere. The contact number they give you is an automated message saying they cant take phone calls! My flight ref is FR8162 and FR8165, booking ref is N7516A dep date 28420 returning 5520.
