My complaint:
At the end of September I telephoned Ryanair and advised my sister had just died and therefore would not be able to go on our planned flight. They advised to submit a claim due to bereavement which I did and attached a copy of death certificate and letter from GP. Given a ref no. 297994. No response so contacted again and given another ref. 3072681 and again 2 weeks ago another ref. 3150694. Spoke online and they now say my email address not linked to booking which is absolutely not true.
Suggested solution:
Refund my flights as they say you can get a full refund due to bereavement.
