My complaint:
I was due to fly to Bulgaria on sunday 20-12-20 at 09.35. but on saturday 19-12-20 @1600 hours the government put my area in to tier 4 covid restrictions and banned foreign travel. Ryan air on line chat agent stated that as the flight wasn’t cancelled bt Ryan ar i wasn’t entitled to a refund or a travel voucher. I also paid £85.00 to Ryan air for car parking which I was informed i would lose.
Suggested solution:
Issue me a travel voucher and a car parking voucher
