My complaint:

Hi there. My both flights were cancelled. Despite of contacting Ryanair and filling up many forms I still haven’t received any refund. Can’t find anyone to help me with my case phone number on website is not working and nobody respond to an emails is very bad customer service. My first flight is in April been 8 months still don’t get refund so disappointed with RyanAir.
