My complaint:
Flights out to Lanzarote were cancelled by Ryanair but return flights were not so how could I use them paid for six people all booked December 2019 they also were flighting against FCO advice how do they get away with this should not be allowed other airlines are not flying also have still not been refunded for outward flights government should stop them flying and make them refund people
Suggested solution:
Refund for both ways and within 14 days
