My complaint:

Flight FR3786 from Palermo to Perugia was diverted to Rome Fiumicino.
Ryanair provided a bus transfer from Rome to Perugia.
The scheduled arrival time in Perugia was 08:45, while the actual arrival at the final destination was around 13:30, resulting in a delay of more than 5 hours.

I hereby request compensation in accordance with EU Regulation 261/2004 for arrival at the final destination with a delay exceeding 3 hours.

Additionally, I request reimbursement of €80 for fuel expenses (round trip) and for the airport parking ticket incurred by my sister to pick me up from Perugia and return home to Matelica, due to the flight diversion. Receipts are attached.

Suggested solution:

Payment of the EU261 compensation of 250 € plus reimbursement of the expenses listed above (fuel round trip parking) to my bank account.
