My complaint:
I bought tickets from Valencia to Porto, flight FR7228 departing at 16:55, with priority and two cabin bags. On my boarding pass it says 2x cabin bag, so I took two cabin bags, getting there I had to pay 50 € because one was to be a small bag. I feel cheated, so it should be 1x cabin bag and 1x small bag.
Comprei passagens de Valência para o Porto, vôo FR7228 com partida as 16:55, com prioritário e duas malas de cabine. No meu cartão de embarque diz 2x mala de cabine, então levei duas malas de cabine, chegando lá tive que pagar 50€ pois uma era para ser mala pequena. Me sinto enganada, então deveria estar 1x mala de cabine e 1x mala pequena.
