My complaint:
I would have flew from Seville to Budapest, but my phone was stolen so I had to use the online check in from computer. The system did not let me check in, I wrote to the customer service and I called them as well, without answer. On the airport, they informed me, that they can only check me in for 55 euros, but I did not have that much money, so they did not le me on the plane. The ryanair assistants were also really rude. Now I had to stay in Seville, and booked a new ticket from Madrid to Budapest. The train to Madrid is 80 euros the flight ticket to Budapest is 93 euros. I also missed my exams in Hungary, so I have to stay longer, so I need to buy a new return ticket as well.
Suggested solution:
I have many extra costs because of these case, but I would like to ask them to compensate at least the new flight ticket and the train ticket to Madrid.
