My complaint:
To whom it may concern,
Today (29.04.22) I arrived at 23h local time at Marrachech from Naples with Ryanair. When I booked the flight, it was proposed to me to book also a ticket for a bus which supposedly will take me to any address from the Airport for around 12euros. I payed that tax and have a receipt. However, I did not receive any information and when I arrived at the airport that LATE, there was no bus and noone at the airport ever has heard of that. So I was alone at 1am at Marrachech with no idea what to do. This is simply outrageous.
Suggested solution:
They should pay me back the money as well as a compensation for the caused stress.
