My complaint:

I am Konark Chauhan with passport number – Z5832767 booked a flight from Athens International airport to Santorini on 13.04.2022 along with my wife name Harshita Singh with passport number P9735192. The PNR number of our flight is UGJS4K. It was not mentioned once in your ation email that a passenger needs to check in the flight before 2 hours. However it was clearly mentioned that a passenger cannot make a request to have a seat with your travelling partner if not paid any extra amount. We reached Athens airport and got to know about the 124 euros of fine just because we haven’t checked in online. I suppose it was airline’s duty to provide boarding passes to all the passengers specially those who are travelling for the first time, unaware about Ryanair’s rules. Or you could have given us the time to checked in before the airlines take off. I am attaching screenshot of the tickets which I received for your future reference

Suggested solution:

Kindly reimburse the amount that you fined unnecessarily.
