My complaint:
On my way from Vienna to Bari, flight number FR9482 on the 24th March, the system from Ryan Air has failed and me, as well as one other lady couldn’t get onto the plane. I had a Priority included in my ticket, but because of the failure I wasn’t even on the list of the passengers. Tso I had to wait and be the last one. Of course because of that purpose flight was late.
Today, I am supposed to travel from Bari back to Vienna and I just found out that the flight has been canceled. And we have to wait another 3 hours. No previous information was given to any of the passengers.
Suggested solution:
I guess you cannot resolve the problem, but at least, I think I have a right to request half of the money back.
