Complaint: Failure to provide parking documentation

My complaint:

I paid for a week’s parking (meet and greet at Stansted) when i booked my flights on 4th January, booking ref R49UYB. I have paid for this service but never received a ation instruction email from Ryanair or any parking company. I have spent half the day today trying to resolve this with Ryanair via their chat. Ultimately, the chat adviser advised me to contact the parking company, so i asked them who this was, and they did not know, then ceased the chat! I have also tried contacting Stansted ‘official meet and greet’ company, to be faced with yet another chat who also could not help me! I have now booked again directly with the meet and greet company to ensure i can park my car tomorrow.

Suggested solution:

Ryanair need to refund my £69 fee for the parking (my direct costs were £103!).
