My complaint:
Due to Cyprus not allowing UK residents in to the country we have not had once again had to change my friends and my flight.we have already paid the fee when we changed flights to 19July originally should have flown 1 July but Cyprus changed the entry date to 15 July, now the new date is 1 August so I contacted Ryanair and asked if we could once again change to 9 August without again having to pay the change fee, they have refused stating the reason being the flight is still going and not been cancelled. Why are they allowed to do this when the Ryanair web site states Any flight booking for July August will not be charged a change fee, their excuse is as my original booking was done before the outbreak of COVID that does not include my booking. Why are they being allowed to do this?
Suggested solution:
I want my fee refunded
