My complaint:
cyprus wont let the uk in but ryanair refuse to let me change my flight for free , i should have flown on the 1st july but changed it to the 19th because i was told from the 15th cyprus would allow uk in . i paid for the flight change but now they are asking me to pay again, why are ryanair allowed to take uk residents to cyprus if they are not letting us in
Suggested solution:
by wavering my flight change fee , as i have already paid this once
